Quatro Tax continues its acquisition strategy in the Property Tax consulting space with the acquisition of Assessment Advisors.

Fort Worth, Texas (August 13, 2024) Quatro Tax, a leader with over 30 years of experience in the Property Tax industry, has announced the acquisition of the property tax consulting business of Assessment Advisors, a boutique specialty property tax consulting firm based in The Woodlands, Texas.

Founded in 2004, Assessment Advisors assists thousands of property owners across Texas and nationwide in obtaining the lowest property tax liabilities possible.

Assessment Advisors marks the ninth property tax acquisition made by Quatro Tax and the second in 2024 following the acquisition of DLC Enterprises earlier this year.

“The addition of Assessment Advisors, their exceptional list of clients and experienced property tax professionals is a great fit for us and bolsters our Montgomery and Harris county’s presence. “We look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service to their clients,” said Quatro Tax CEO Mark Nicol.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Luke Branyan, Lachel M&A Advisory, represented Quatro Tax. The Blum Law Firm is acting legal counsel.
